Reduced Fee @ $400.00
Students - The reduced fee is applicable to AFAANZ members who are research students. To be eligible, the student must be a full time higher degree research student or full time honours student currently enrolled or within the first year of graduating.
Retirees - This reduced fee is also applicable to Retired Professors who are current members of AFAANZ. To be eligible, the retired professor should have been a member of AFAANZ for at least 20 years and no longer in full time employment.
First Timers - We are also offering this reduced fee to AFAANZ members who are attending the conference for the first time. To be eligible, this must be the individual’s first AFAANZ annual conference registration.

All registrations will be acknowledged via email upon receipt of completed registration form and full payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY - REGISTRATIONS
Cancellations received in writing to The Conference Manager prior to 1 June 2020 will receive a fifty percent (50%) refund.
No refund will be given after this date; however, an alternative delegate name may be submitted. All cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing.
Information provided by delegates at the time of registration will be used to administer the conference, including accommodation, catering, sponsorship and exhibition.
Data obtained will remain the property of AFAANZ and The Conference Manager.
AFAANZ including The Conference Manager and their servants, agents, contractors and consultants will not accept liability for the damages of any nature sustained by participants or their accompanying persons or loss damage to their personal property as a result of the AFAANZ annual conference. The conference organisers reserve the right to change activities, topics and presenters where necessary. The organisers shall not be liable for any loss caused by the cancellation of the conference where such cancellation is due to Force Majeure. The term "Force Majeure" means any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the organisers including but not limited to war, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), terrorism, aircraft hijacking, military operation, riot, civil war, rebellion, civil commotion or unrest, natural disasters, acts or regulations of government, refusal to grant visas, explosions, transport delays, transport difficulties and the insolvency of airline carriers. The organisers will use all reasonable efforts to conduct the conference despite the intervention or occurrence of any such cause.
